Grossmann & Berger, member of German Property Partners (GPP), recently advised parties engaged in the sale/purchase of five blocks of rental apartments/commercial units in various districts of Hamburg and in the environs. In total, this Hamburg provider of real estate services brokered close to 4,000 m² of residential and commercial space. Purchase prices added up to more than €10m.
In St. Pauli district a fully let apartment block dating from 1880 changed hands. Its seven residential units occupy some 533 m² of rental space. The site is about 287 m² in size and is located close to the public park “Planten un Blomen”. This transaction took place between private investors.
A building with ten residential units located in Eppendorf was purchased from a private owner by a real estate company. It offers some 921 m² of rentable space. This fully let building was erected in 1905 on a site measuring about 475 m².
Grossmann & Berger was also active in a transaction involving an apartment block in Stellingen. A developer sold the building to an apartment management firm. The new build, completed in 2023, has 16 residential units occupying a total area of about 993 m². It stands on some 671 m² of land close to Stellingen S-Bahn station.
A property portfolio manager purchased a fully let building with apartments and commercial units in Schnelsen from a private owner. The property was built in 1979 and has three apartments and five commercial units. It offers a total of some 839 m² of rentable space. Apartments comprise 163 m² of space, with 676 m² let to commercial users. It stands on about 1,193 m² of land.
In Reinbek Grossmann & Berger brokered the sale of a fully let building with nine apartments. A private owner sold the real estate, built in 1969, to a property portfolio manager. Standing on a 980-square-metre site, the property has a rentable area of close to 600 m².
