GPP member firm Grossmann & Berger has brokered new production facilities totalling some 2,210 m² to two clients, namely 

  • in Hamburg to FairWind, a wind power company, and
  • in Rellingen to Neidfaktor, a car upholstery firm. 

More central premises with more open space for FairWind: 1,755 m²

FairWind, a leading manufacturer for the installation of onshore wind turbines, is moving its German facility from Pinneberg to Hamburg-Stellingen. Accordingly, the company has rented a commercial property at Jacobsenweg 7 on the district’s industrial and commercial estate. The property comprises 880 m² of hall space, 325 m² of offices and 550 m² of outdoor space. Featuring ceiling heights (effective) of 3.30 m or 4.20 m (clear height), these premises have a roofed-over area for incoming goods, 3 roller gates, 2 lifting platforms and an air-conditioned server room. The building is situated between the S-Bahn stations Stellingen and Eidelstedt and 1.3 km from the Stellingen junction of the A7 motorway. FairWind was founded in Denmark in 2008 and entered the German market in 2015. 

More light for Neidfaktor in Rellingen: 455 m²

This company specialises in customizing car interiors. It is moving from Halstenbek into 420 m² of hall space with office space of 35 m² at Adlerstrasse 58-60 on Rellingen business estate. The property has been renovated, has 7.00 m high ceilings (effective side height) and large ribbon windows. It is one street away from the A23 motorway, junction Halstenbek-Krupunder.
