- in Hamburg to FairWind, a wind power company, and
- in Rellingen to Neidfaktor, a car upholstery firm.

FairWind, a leading manufacturer for the installation of onshore wind turbines, is moving its German facility from Pinneberg to Hamburg-Stellingen. Accordingly, the company has rented a commercial property at Jacobsenweg 7 on the district’s industrial and commercial estate.
