Grossmann & Berger Immobilien (G&B), a member of German Property Partners (GPP), is strengthening its workforce in Berlin. The real estate services provider is adding to its investment and office-letting teams operating in Berlin.
- Angelika Jilg will be bringing her real estate consultancy skills to the Berlin investment department. She has already worked in the investment sector for several well-known property companies, dealing with both commercial and residential assets. She has been active in the Berlin real estate market for 33 years. Ms Jilg will report to Stefan Olsson, head of Investment Berlin.
- Koray Yagdiran has been with G&B since 2019 when he started his training in the real estate business. Up until now he has been employed at head office in Hamburg in the office-letting division. As real estate consultant he is now moving to Berlin to work in the office-letting department established last year. Yagdiran will report to Antje Helmer, head of Office-Letting Berlin.
“We are delighted to add two new members to the Berlin team. Their expertise will play a vital role in consolidating our presence in the German capital,” says Andreas Rehberg, spokesperson for the Grossmann & Berger management board.
Grossmann & Berger has had an office at Potsdamer Platz, Berlin, since 2012. Initially the team in Berlin concentrated on commercial property investments and marketing new-build apartments to buyers and tenants. A department for investment in residential property was added in 2022, followed in 2023 by the office-letting sector. For over 20 years Grossmann & Berger has also provided services as owners’ representatives and in the field of coordinating the letting of commercial space in Berlin through their subsidiary Reese Immobilien Consulting.
