The property services provider Grossmann & Berger is adding a layer to its management structure in the office-letting segment. Last year Antje Helmer (39) took up her job as head of office-letting in Berlin and, correspondingly, on 1st May Nils Larsen starts his work in the newly created position of head of office-letting in Hamburg. He reports directly to Andreas Rehberg (56), spokesperson for the management board of Grossmann & Berger, member of German Property Partners (GPP).

Nils Larsen is qualified in real estate and residential property management and since 2010 has been a consultant in the field of office property lets at the Hamburg head office of Grossmann & Berger. During this time he has brokered more than 125,000 square metres of office space, including agreements such as 20,000 m² in the SonninKontor on Nordkanalstrasse, let to the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in 2015, and 6,200 m² in the Admi Ahoi on Admiralitätstrasse, let to Finanzcheck in 2019. In line with his new job description, Nils Larsen will manage processes within his department and step up acquisition activity for companies and investors.
