NOVO INTERACTIVE, a provider of online games of chance, has moved from Rellingen to the Lokstedt district of Hamburg. In September the company, a subsidiary of Löwen Entertainment, moved into some 780 m² of first-floor office space in ‘Victoria Lofts’ at Offakamp 7-9. ‘Victoria Lofts’ is a new commercial complex built by Graubner Gruppe between Nedderfeld and Osterfeldstrasse. Grossmann & Berger, member of German Property Partners (GPP), brokered the office lease.
Named for Victoria Station in London
Together with an existing building, ‘Victoria Lofts’ forms a rectangle set around an inside courtyard with parking spaces and loading zones accessed by several driveways. The new-build, designed as lofts by GAEBLER Bauplanung, has three stories and two underground car parks; it provides around 6,500 m² of commercial space. The façade is clad in red Wittmund bricks and fitted with large metal-framed lattice windows. The ground-floor show rooms have 6.10-metre-high ceilings and are shaded by steel porches. Two interior courtyards give the upper floors a lighter aspect when the roof has been designed as a garden. A photovoltaic array will also be mounted in the roof garden. The commercial complex has a total of 94 parking spaces and can accommodate 30 charging stations if wished; for cyclists there is a changing room and showers are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. The main entrance to the inside courtyard is flanked by two columns from the original Victoria Station in London. With NOVO INTERACTIVE and sitting tenants Oticon, Wein am Limit and NXP, 80 % of the commercial property is now occupied.
