In May Zoran Vujović (45) was appointed authorized officer (Prokurist) and head of Capital Investments at Grossmann & Berger. This unit started out in December 2018 as part of the residential segment and covers assets such as holiday homes, serviced apartments, health-care properties and houses converted into flats.
Managing director for residential properties Andreas Gnielka says, “Mr Vujović has put heart and soul into setting up this unit. To date, he and his team have brokered private capital investments valued at over 100 million euros. His appointment to the position of Prokurist is in recognition of his many years of dedication and we wish him every possible success in this new phase of his career.”
Trained in real estate and residential property management, and holder of a DIA diploma in real estate management, Vujović started work for Grossman & Berger in 2007 as a consultant for residential properties in their Winterhude district shop. In 2011 he was made manager of both this shop and the newly opened facility in HafenCity. In 2015 he was appointed sales manager of the letting business and in January 2019 was also named sales manager for the capital investments business. Ten employees report to Mr Vujović.
