AGM Anwar Graphische Maschinen, a company trading in used printing machinery, is moving from Salzgitter to Wentorf. For this purpose the family firm has purchased 12,950 m² of commercial land located at Auf dem Ralande 3 on the Wentorf industrial estate. A complex of hall and office space stands on the site, the rentable space totals 8,600 m². Grossmann & Berger Immobilien, member of German Property Partners (GPP), brokered the sale on behalf of the owner, Hay Computing Service. The parties involved agreed not to disclose the price paid.
The property was built in 1973, has eight gates with varying access modes and two separate entrance driveways. Hay Computing will rent part of the premises for a year after the transaction is completed, until able to move into its new property now under construction nearby. For more than 20 years, Anwar Graphische Maschinen has been selling second-hand printing and book-binding machinery for a variety of printing processes as well as providing maintenance services.
