AudioMee, a hearing care specialist, recently rented around 130 m² of retail space at Bergstrasse 26, Hamburg. Grossmann & Berger, member of German Property Partners (GPP), brokered the rental agreement between the young company and the property management firm which owns the office and commercial block. After an extensive re-fit, AudioMee opened on 22nd January 2024.
Busy shopping street in the centre of Hamburg
The property is in a central location near the Binnenalster lake, between Mönckebergstrasse and Jungfernstieg. It is in the immediate vicinity of the Europa Passage mall and the “Jungfernstieg” train station. Neighbouring firms on this busy shopping street include G-Star, Closed and a dm drugstore/chemist.
Digital and personal hearing care
Founded in 2022, AudioMee offers a wide range of hearing aids made by leading manufacturers and provides an omnichannel shopping experience. At the same time, a personal consultation for each individual plays an important role. Consultations, hearing tests and hearing aid fittings can be conducted in the shop or in the customer’s own home. The company operates nationwide and has its registered office in the nearby Speicherstadt, Hamburg’s historic warehouse district. AudioMee has taken the new space in the context of its expansion strategy.
