In the Hamburg district of Jenfeld a new-build apartment building recently changed hands. Property portfolio manager Fördern & Wohnen acquired the property from the developer, Wohnpark Jenfeld. Grossmann & Berger, member of German Property Partners (GPP), supported the transaction in an advisory capacity.
This multi-family property has 95 subsidized residential units and a total living area of some 5,000 m². The building, constructed to meet KfW efficiency standard 40, has a brick façade and stands on a site of just under 3,000 m²; in the autumn it was handed to its new owners in turn-key condition.
